The short version

SpaceUp Mac is a Mac storage cleaner you buy once. Try it free, pay $4.99 one time if you want unlimited cleaning, and review everything before it is removed. You stay in charge of what gets cleaned, and we keep these terms as plain as we can.

By downloading or using SpaceUp Mac, or by using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or the site.

1. Who we are

SpaceUp Mac ("the app", "we", "us") is developed and published by IRSHAD PC. You can reach us any time at irshad@moonlightart.space.

2. Your license

When you download SpaceUp Mac, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on Macs that you own or control. The free tier includes a full scan of your Mac and your first clean. A one-time payment of $4.99 unlocks unlimited cleaning for good, including free updates within version 1. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Your license key is for you. Please do not share, resell, or publish it. If a key is being abused (for example, shared publicly), we may deactivate it after trying to reach you first.

3. Purchases and refunds

Direct download version. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's own terms and privacy policy. We never see your card details.

Mac App Store version (when available). Purchases are processed by Apple under Apple's own terms. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.

Refunds. If SpaceUp Mac is not working out for you, email us at irshad@moonlightart.space within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund it. We would rather you leave with your money and a good impression than keep $4.99 from someone the app did not help. When a purchase is refunded, the license key is deactivated and the app returns to the free tier on its next license check.

4. Using the app responsibly

SpaceUp Mac removes files only after you approve them on the review screen. What happens next depends on the item, and the app tells you before you clean. Your own files, such as large files found in Deep Scan and apps you uninstall, are moved to the Trash so you can undo. Rebuildable junk, such as caches, logs and temporary files, is cleared directly, because moving gigabytes of rebuildable cache to the Trash would only relocate the problem. A few clearly labeled items, such as old device backups or the Empty Trash option, are permanent, and the app says so on the item itself before you approve it.

Please read the review screen before cleaning: you decide what is removed, and items you approve are your decision.

The app explains what each item is and why it is safe to rebuild. If you are ever unsure about an item, leave it unticked and nothing will happen to it.

SpaceUp Mac is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We work hard to make the app safe and accurate, but we cannot promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for every purpose. Storage cleaning removes files you approve; always keep a backup of anything you cannot afford to lose, which is good advice for any Mac regardless of this app.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data arising from items you reviewed and approved for removal. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. The website

This website is provided for information about SpaceUp Mac. Its content, design, and branding belong to IRSHAD PC. You are welcome to link to it. Please do not copy it wholesale or pass it off as your own.

9. Changes to the app and these terms

We may update the app and these terms over time. If we make a meaningful change to the terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms. We will never change what you already bought: a lifetime unlock stays a lifetime unlock.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
